I follow The Hair Palace on IG and honestly, my main reason for visiting today was because of how they cater to the community. The Hair Palace gave back to the community for Thanksgiving and Christmas. None of the other hair supply stores do that for the community, they only take money. I live over an hour away from The Hair Palace but, I decided that I'd make my next purchase from them. The store is very nice, well stocked, has good customer service and I got some good damn deals. I'll definitely be back. If you support any of the other hair supply stores in the RVA area, give The Hair Palace a try. You will not regret it.

I used to love coming here since they tend to always have a sale. However one of the young male employees tried to tell me what I should consider as a deal… basically a buy one get one free event on hair. What I wanted was sold out I was told to get synthetic hair since it was cheaper. I said why would I want a less quality product when I can get an equal value product for free…. Price difference was $30.. quality difference was most important to me. He says we’ll it’s free so it shouldn’t matter… Sorry sir, not Sorry… I know what I want.. and quality matters… They do have a rewards program that comes in handy so I’ll go back. My advice… get what you came for don’t feel obligated to buy what they want to sell you!

This is my favorite hair store. I drive out here every month or so and they have everything you can think of plus more. I was so overwhelmed with the stock I love it 🥰. Best prices and great customer service. I feel comfortable when I come into the store to freely shop and guaranteed to get everything I need. I drive 2 hours to get here and it’s worth it‼️🥰

Greeted upon arrival. Was assisted by curtious patient staff who answered all my random questions. Store organized. Large variety of supplies & accessories to choose from.

Man, when I tell you RUN 🏃 to this store. I was told about it today and when I walked through the door, I feel in love!! 😍 Best hair store I ever been too!! They have EVERYTHING, so many options.✨I had to stop my self from shopping , came out with 2 huge bags. Ready to go back already!!! They take Apple Pay, huge plus! They customer service🔥, their so nice and helpful. My new hair store.

Best deals around, the staff is very helpful & nice. Store is always organized & clean. I have nothing bad to say. Best quality hair store you can find in Richmond. I got 20 packs of braiding hair for $12
